Scale as needed- Regular, Wide Feet, or knees. Every time you have to take a break, do 5 Squats. Post your time and the number of squats to the comment section.
Push Up Standards-
Chest to deck, and push all the way up at the top

3:30 40 squats regular
3 min warm up, 100 push ups in 2:32 min with two 5 squat breaks! Izzy

My last comment was in the morning so I did the workout again and got 1:57 :) regular push-ups 3 squat breaks
